2021 Execution & Celebration
Willis Kleinjan – CEO & Founder
In 2020 we faced a myriad of defining moments and challenges. However, the transition to working remotely gave us the opportunity to focus on and simplify processes that affect our most important assets: our customers and employees. We found innovative ways to enhance the “you’re worth more” experience by advancing our technology plan, expanding our sales team, and reimagining the customer experience.
Throughout these challenges we appreciate the patience, understanding, and support you offered. We would not be able to achieve success without you. Though variables of the journey are changing day by day, and we will respond accordingly while keeping you at the center of everything we do.
Despite the 2020 trials, we remained on course with streamlining leadership by welcoming Brian Eschmann as President and Kris Shefveland as Director of IT. We moved forward with technology enhancements by transforming remote employee access and launching e-signatures, enabling our employees to spend more time focusing on our customers while also expediting the process for customers and partners. Expanding teams company-wide allowed us to increase our market share in the agriculture, recycling and bulk transport industries.
Together, we will remain strong, resilient, and connected. As we approach the celebration of 25 years in business, we reflect on the foundation of faith and trust that has made Northland Capital what it is today. We are honored that you have continued to choose Northland Capital through this trying year and are excited to continue to show you all the ways that “you’re worth more” in 2021. We wish you a safe and prosperous year.
