ELFA elects Eschmann to Board of Directors
During the 61st Annual Convention of the Equipment Lease and Finance Association (ELFA), the new board of directors were announced to serve during the next three years. As part of the changes, our president, Brian Eschmann was elected as a member of the ELFA board of directors.
Eschmann joined Northland Capital Financial Services, LLC in 2020 and is currently active in providing strategic oversight to grow and evolve the company to meet the changing needs of our customers, partners, and employees. He has been an active participant in the ELFA since 2010.
Outside of the ELFA association, Eschmann previously served as the President of Trans Lease, Vice President of Global Sales for an automated payments business owned by U.S. Bank and held numerous senior management positions within the financial services arm of Schneider National. Brian previously chaired the Independent Business Council Steering Committee for which he also led the LeasePAC effort. Most recently, Brian served on the inaugural Advocacy Advisory Committee for the ELFA. Brian holds a BBA from St. Norbert College, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and recently added CLFP to his industry credentials.
