Summer Internship Program
Our internship program is in full swing, as we grow our team this summer with the addition of three interns. We appreciated their support of getting involved, building networks, and learning hands-on skills as they gain insight in their chosen fields.
GRANT KETCHER
An Accounting major at St. John’s University, Grant is a level-headed, hardworking student that has achieved Eagle Scout rank in the BSA program attaining specialized skills and leadership traits. He joins our internship program collaborating within the credit team to gain practical experience and develop his skills while getting to know the people.
As an avid outdoorsman, Grant enjoys fishing, hunting, and sporting in his free time with his two canines and firing up the grill for summer cookouts.
TAYLOR HESS
Studying Finance at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Taylor traveled home to Maple Lake for the summer and joins our internship program. She collaborates with various teams gaining insight into daily lending processes and data research. Taylor appreciates the friendly atmosphere and values the people making it fun to be at work every day.
In addition to her studies, Taylor’s motivation continues on the softball field as a pitcher for the Kentucky Wildcats. And, here in Minnesota at the lake with family.
JACOB KLUG
Managing his time between sporting #49 on the football field for the Gusties and studying financial economics at Gustavus Adolphus College, Jack joins the credit team this summer assisting in underwriting and data development to further his career interests as a financial advisor.
Jack appreciates the positive company environment and various conversations; outside the workplace he’ll be teeing-off on the golf course or water activities at the lake.
