It’s a great show – NE Power Farming
Paul Pfannenstein, VP of Business Development.
December found our attendance at the second largest indoor U.S. farm show in Lincoln, Nebraska showcasing big iron, precision ag, aerial imaging, livestock production, inputs, data management and more.
Each year, the Nebraska Power Farming Show hosts new products and services with 860 companies and brands represented. This year exhibitor topics stressed the concerns of increasing competition, product delays and squeezed margins, giving the impression that banks may be tightening up. Only companies promoting ag-related products and services are allowed to exhibit with multiple educational seminars offered each day. This gives farmers several opportunities to learn about climate trends, how to make better financial decisions, planting cover crops and more.
The attendance was strong with a cautiously optimistic upbeat vibe and solid crowd compared to previous years. Coming off strong yields in the area, the hopeful outlook is for an uptick in the agricultural economy in 2020, with all eyes on trade negotiations and the election.View All News & Views
