Back on the Floor at the Propane Convention
Wyman Rothanburg – Director of Business Development
Making the couple hour drive to La Crosse, WI last month, I attended the North Central Convention which represents the propane industry from across the Midwest. Professionals meet to learn, engage and grow their knowledge and attendees have opportunities for upfront viewing on the latest technologies and hear from experts on topics that are impacting the industry. Attendance was as expected with many local tire-kickers visiting the trade show floor. Northland Capital is an industry leading finance lender, and I appreciated the face-to-face welcome and friendly conversations with several of our partners.
The current state of the propane industry is strong and robust. However, with propane in peak demand, the upcoming harvest and winter could be one of the most complicated in recent memory with below-average days of supply and above-average prices in many parts of the country.
With this overdue opportunity to reconnect in person with colleagues, the toll of long days standing on cement were quickly recalled. It’s great to be back on the showroom floor!View All News & Views
