News & Views Rolf Erickson Joins Northland as Senior Collections Specialist July 7, 2025 We’re excited to announce that Rolf Erickson has joined our team as a Senior Collections Specialist. Bringing over 25 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, Rolf will play a key role in mitigating loss, developing effective collection strategies, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Rolf traveling, hitting the golf course, skiing, or in the press box at U.S. Bank Stadium. For the past 12 years, he’s been part of the NFL stat crew for the Minnesota Vikings. With his passion for sports, he also served as a minor league umpire and officiated high school and collegiate football and hockey. “From day one, I’ve felt welcomed,” Rolf says. “What really stands out to me are the people, the atmosphere, and the culture of the company.”
