VP of Human Resources & Organizational Development Northland Capital is seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development to join our Senior Leadership Team. This strategic leadership role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, executive recruiting, compensation strategy, and change management initiatives across the organization. Deadline to apply: September 11, 2026 What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping shape organizational strategy, workforce planning, and business decisions. Develop and execute a people strategy that supports company goals, growth, and long-term success. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and organizational readiness. Partner with business leaders to develop workforce plans that align with current and future organizational needs. Use workforce and business data to drive informed decision-making and improve organizational performance. Own and advance the organization’s leadership development strategy, coaching leaders and fostering growth at all levels. Collaborate with external consultants, coaches, and training partners to deliver impactful development programs. Lead organizational design and change management efforts that support growth, scalability, and operational excellence. Guide leaders through change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives while maintaining employee engagement and effectiveness. Oversee compensation strategy, salary structures, and compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Lead executive and director-level recruitment efforts and build strong leadership talent pipelines. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workplace issues, policy interpretation, and HR best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and service delivery to create an exceptional employee experience.
