Documentation Specialist – Hybrid

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Documentation Specialist to support the coordination and accuracy of contract documentation throughout the funding process. In this role, you’ll help prepare and review contract documents, assemble funding packages, and ensure complete, timely documentation that supports a smooth experience for customers, vendors, and internal teams.

As an important member of our Operations team, you’ll assist with UCC filings, respond to documentation‑related inquiries, and provide backup support for title processing during high‑volume periods or staff absences.

  • Prepare, review, and send contract documents to customers and vendors
  • Assemble funding packages by verifying documentation and coordinating with internal teams
  • File UCCs and Fixture filings to protect Northland Capital’s interest
  • Work closely with other departments to support contract servicing and resolve operational issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to system/process enhancements
  • Provide backup support for motor vehicle title processing and title releases, assisting as needed during high-volume times or staff absences
  • Assist with documentation, UCC, and title-related inquiries from internal teams, vendors, or customers
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as needed
  • Associate degree with 2+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure
  • Motivated, team‑oriented, and adaptable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, LeasePlus, TValue, or similar systems is a bonus
  • Location: St. Cloud, MN (Hybrid-3 days in office, 2 days remote; Candidates must live within a commutable distance.)
  • Status: Full-time, hourly
  • Hourly pay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
