Human Resources Generalist We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, strengthening HR processes, and helping ensure a positive, consistent, and effective employee experience that supports the needs of the business. The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting employees and managers by providing HR guidance, coordinating recruiting and onboarding activities, maintaining accurate HR processes and systems, and supporting initiatives that help our people and organization operate effectively and consistently. This role will also support ongoing efforts to build and improve HR processes, tools, and structure to better support managers and teams across the organization. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted resource for employees by answering questions related to policies, benefits, PTO, HR systems, and general HR processes Support employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting situations, applying HR policies, and partnering on appropriate next steps Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR processes and best practices Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring process support Partner with hiring managers to create a positive candidate experience and support effective hiring decisions Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a smooth and organized experience Maintain employee records, HR systems, documentation, and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality Support benefits administration, compliance activities, audits, and required employee training processes Assist with employee communication, engagement activities, and HR initiatives Support performance management and employee development processes Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, tools, and processes to better support managers, employees, and overall business operations Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 2–5 years of experience in HR or a related role preferred Experience supporting HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and/or benefits administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across the organization High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use sound judgment and recommend solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing and evolving environment Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and help create structure Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a team Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus Compensation and Benefits Location: Hybrid – St. Cloud, MN (regular in-office presence required) Status: Full-time Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Incentives: Eligible for company profit-sharing tied to company and individual performance Benefits: Medical, dental, and life insurance, PTO, 401(k) employer match, defined benefit plan, tuition reimbursement Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
