Northland Capital Employee Apparel Ordering

As part of our commitment to maintaining a professional appearance, Northland Capital is pleased to offer each employee an allowance for two company-branded apparel items for your personal use.

You may select your two items through the designated ordering site or mix and match with closet inventory. If choosing closet items, don’t forget to add the “Closet Item” placeholder on the store site so your total equals two. If you would like to purchase additional items for yourself, family, or others, you can do so separately using a credit card on the purchase site.

Ordering Options:

  • Employee Allowance Store (Employee Allowance – 2 Items Total)
    Choose up to two items for yourself, either from the store, the closet, or a combination of both.
  • Optional Purchase Store (Additional Items)
    If you’d like to purchase more items for yourself, a family member, or someone else, you may do so separately using a credit card through this site.

*If ordering from more than one store, each order must be submitted separately.

Samples will be available by the closet if you’d like to see or try items on. Sizes and colors on the site are what’s available.

Both stores will open on June 16 and close on June 29.

Once orders are submitted, Marketing cannot change them. Once the store closes, orders will no longer be processed. If employees feel they need more than the allowance covers, that is subject to manager approval.

You will receive an order confirmation email from Rambow shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact Marketing Support.
