With a determined vision and a foundation of faith, Willis Kleinjan formed Northland Capital in 1996 and provides strategic oversight to the company’s operations. Holding a BA in economics from Northwestern College of Iowa, his influence has a deep impact on the industry and community. With over 30 years of equipment leasing experience and a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association since 1998, he is an active participant and also serves as a board member of the Christian Business Men’s Connection, Avon Community Church and YMCA to name a few, with a special interest in working with the St. Teresa Orphans Foundation of Tanzania.
