News & Views Jay Okins Joins our Sales Team March 14, 2025 Jay Okins joins Northland Capital, drawn by our strong track record, great team, and positive work environment. Jay is ready to make an impact as part of our sales team. He’ll be focusing on the construction industry, partnering with vendors, and supporting our valued customers. With over 20 years of experience in credit and risk analysis and a wealth of knowledge in sales and customer service, Jay’s expertise will be an asset to our team. Outside of work, Jay is a family man. He loves coaching baseball, watching sports, and running to karate and dance activities with his kids. He enjoys family movie nights and spending time at the lake. Jay and his wife are also active in their local church, teaching and giving back to the community.
