Growing our Marketing Team: Meet Erin Pearson

With a results driven mindset, we’re excited to welcome Erin Pearson to our growing team as a Marketing Coordinator. Erin brings 13 years of marketing experience, including nine years in the equipment manufacturing industry. With an educational background in finance, Erin is an analytical thinker focused on achieving goals through well-executed strategies from start to finish. In this new role, Erin will offer creative support, assess marketing efforts for growth, retention, and engagement, and strengthen our branding across multiple equipment industries.

Our positive and flexible culture was a fit for Erin who was seeking a company that values family, personal growth, and professional development. Marketing Director Sadie Traulich shares, “I can already see how Erin’s vision will contribute to our success. Her drive for new challenges, diving into details, and seeing the big picture – she’s committed to making things happen.”

Outside of work, Erin and her husband prioritize health and fitness while keeping up with their two active boys involved in sports and 4-H. With a hobby farm that includes dogs, cats, and cattle, there’s never a dull moment at home. Erin also enjoys vegetable and flower gardening, camping, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
