Rajala Recognized with the Platinum Transformer Award

The Northland Capital leadership team is proud to recognize Molly Rajala as a Platinum Transformer Award recipient for her contributions in transforming how we manage and utilize data. From streamlining reporting processes to building foundational tools like our Power BI dashboards and Salesforce data mart, Molly has played a critical role in enhancing our accessibility to data that helps us serve our clients and vendors better.

Over the past several months, her investment in bringing reporting capabilities in-house empowered departments with greater flexibility, control and insight, ensuring our solutions are tailored to meet the evolving needs of business.

For nearly a decade, Molly has served as our senior business analyst, playing a pivotal role in upholding integrity of our reporting systems while also supporting functions for key data-driven decisions. Her work is a cornerstone of operational success, and a shining example of how strategic thinking and technical expertise can drive real impact.

“Molly has been the quiet force behind many of our most significant data advancements.” Northland Capital IT Director Clint Lentner said. “Her ability to turn complex reporting challenges into scalable solutions has greatly improved our data-driven decision making.”

At Northland Capital, 2025 is the Year of the Transformer — a company-wide initiative celebrating innovation, adaptability and collaboration.
