We offer a leased and financed equipment protection plan to help maximize your equipment solutions. Or provide your own evidence of required coverage, all we need is the insurance certificate! Program benefits Insurance Requirements For your protection and under the terms of your contract, you must insure your equipment. Please instruct your agent to provide a copy of your insurance certificate with the required coverage or refer to the benefits of our Equipment Protection Program administered by Assurant. what’s required Placement of Insurance It’s possible our records were not updated in time to stop placement on your invoice. Simply instruct your insurance agent to send a copy of your evidence of insurance certificate with the required coverage to the Insurance Service Center. Refer to the FAQ section for support. Support questions Frequently Asked Questions We appreciate your assistance in assuring you have secured the required insurance coverage. Does my equipment financing agreement require insurance? Yes. You must maintain insurance coverage on the financed equipment and provide proof of insurance that meets the requirements outlined in your agreement (see Paragraph 11). If acceptable proof of insurance is not provided within 30 days of your contract start date and your equipment qualifies, you may be automatically enrolled in our Equipment Protection Plan to help ensure the equipment remains protected. This coverage will remain in place and will be billed to you until valid proof of insurance is received. Learn more about the Equipment Protection Plan. Where do I send my evidence of insurance? Instruct your agent to provide a copy of your insurance certificate with the required coverage. Why is there an insurance charge on my invoice? It’s possible our records were not updated in time to stop the invoice notice or that the provided evidence of insurance did not provide sufficient coverage. Please refer to what is required or reach out to the Insurance Service Center. If satisfactory evidence of insurance is not received by our Insurance Service Center, we will obtain coverage that meets the requirements of your contract. If later you provide proof that you have purchased adequate insurance, we will cancel the insurance we obtained on your behalf. What happens if insurance has not been provided? Because we did not receive proof of adequate insurance from you, we may obtain insurance through our insurance program, at your expense, that provides the required insurance coverage. A charge for coverage will be added to your invoice. Where can I find or manage my account? You can access and manage your account anytime through our online customer portal.
