Transformation in Action: Jeff Wehe Leads the Way

At the heart of our organization are individuals who embody the spirit of innovation, adaptability, and collaboration. As part of our company-wide initiative, The Year of the Transformer, we launched the Platinum Transformer Award to recognize those who not only embrace change but actively drive it, creating meaningful impact across teams and throughout the company.

This quarter, the Leadership Team is proud to recognize Jeff Wehe as our Platinum Transformer Award recipient, recognizing his outstanding contributions over the past year and beyond.

For more than six years, Jeff has been a cornerstone of the sales team in his role as Account Executive, playing a pivotal part in delivering tailored finance solutions for some of our most strategic partners. His ability to blend financial knowledge with genuine client connection has made him an invaluable part of our continued growth.

Yet, Jeff’s influence stretches beyond his core responsibilities. This year, he stepped up as a mentor and was a valuable resource for the study group working toward their Certified Lease & Finance Professional designation. He also took initiative in delivering cross-functional trainings on financial statements, in addition to his contributions to our Employee Development Program demonstrating his commitment to supporting growth at every level.
