Celebrating Our 2026 Core Values Award Recipients

At Northland Capital, our Core Values guide how we serve our customers and partners, support one another, and contribute to the company’s continued success. The Core Values Awards recognize employees who bring these values to life through their actions, attitudes, and relationships.

The nominations, by both team members and leadership, highlighted the many ways our peers make a difference across the company and embody Northland Capital’s core values each day.
