News & Views Expanding our HR Team September 25, 2026 We’re excited to welcome Sara to the Northland Capital team as our new Human Resources Generalist. Sara brings previous HR experience along with a passion for creating positive employee experiences and leading recognition and rewards programs. Her people-first approach and dedication to supporting employees make her a great addition to the Northland team. In her role, Sara serves as a primary resource for questions related to policies, procedures, benefits, leave support, and general HR support. She also helps maintain accurate employee records and HR systems while ensuring a positive workplace experience. What drew Sara to Northland was our culture. “Northland Capital’s ideal of putting people first was what drew me instantly. As a Human Resources team member, it’s my duty to care for our employees the same way they care for Northland’s clients and partners. They are one of the most valuable resources an organization can have.” When she’s not at work, she stays busy with a variety of creative pursuits. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, spinning, sewing, embroidery, and just about any craft involving fiber arts. She also spends time planning home DIY projects and enjoys life with her two black cats, Persy and Ziggy. One of the most interesting things about Sara is that she has lived at two different convents, including one in Rome, Italy. Please join us in welcoming Sara to Northland Capital!
